Interior Renovations in San Diego
Transform the whole house with one team, one schedule and one point of contact.
Whole-home renovations, coordinated by one contractor
Sometimes a home needs more than one room updated. Whole-home renovations mean coordinating structural work, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and finish carpentry. That's exactly what a licensed general building contractor does.
We sequence the work so it moves efficiently, protect the parts of your home we aren't working on, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Interior Renovation questions
Can we live in the house during a whole-home renovation?
It depends on scope. We can phase the work to keep part of the home livable, or plan around a short move-out for the most intensive stretch.
How do you keep a large project on budget?
Detailed written estimates, finishes selected before we start, and written change orders, so nothing is added without your approval.
Do you handle flooring on its own?
We install flooring as part of larger renovation projects, where we're coordinating multiple trades in your home.
