Concrete Driveways, Patios & Foundations in San Diego
Driveways, patios and foundations, formed, reinforced and poured right the first time.
Concrete that's formed and reinforced properly
Good concrete is all in the prep: a compacted base, solid forms and the right steel. From foundations for room additions and ADUs to new driveways and patios, we manage every step, and the concrete work is done by licensed concrete contractors (C-8) under our contract and supervision.
Need the old concrete gone first? We handle the demolition and haul-away too, so one contractor takes the job from tear-out to finished surface.

Concrete questions
Who pours the concrete?
Licensed concrete contractors we've worked with for years. We hold the contract with you, schedule the work and check it, so one company is responsible for the whole job.
Can you remove my old driveway first?
Yes. Demolition and haul-away are part of the same job, with one price.
How soon can I drive on a new driveway?
You can usually walk on it after a day or two and drive on it after about a week. We'll give you exact timing for your mix and the weather.
