Demolition Services in San Diego
Careful tear-outs and clean job sites, ready for what comes next.
Demolition done carefully, with the rebuild in mind
Demolition is the first step of most remodels, and done carelessly it causes damage you pay to fix later. We take out kitchens, bathrooms, walls, ceilings and flooring while protecting the parts of the home that stay.
When demolition is the whole job, like tearing out concrete or taking down a structure, it's done by licensed demolition contractors under our contract and supervision. We handle the dumpsters and haul-away and leave the site clean.

Demolition questions
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Dumpsters, hauling and cleanup are included in the price.
Can you take out a load-bearing wall?
Yes, with an engineered beam and a permit. We'll tell you at the estimate whether a wall is load-bearing.
Do you do just the demolition, or the rebuild too?
Both. Most clients have us do the demolition and the rebuild, so one contractor is responsible for the whole job.
