Whole House Remodel in San Diego
One licensed general contractor managing every trade, from demolition to the final walkthrough.
Your whole home, one contractor, one team
A whole house remodel touches every trade: demolition, framing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, flooring and finish work. Coordinating all of it is exactly what a licensed general building contractor does.
Our own crew handles the framing, carpentry and finish work. Specialty trades like electrical, roofing, concrete, tile and flooring go to licensed specialty contractors we've worked with for years, scheduled and supervised by us. You get one contract, one schedule and one person to call.

Whole house remodel questions
Do you do all the work yourselves?
Our crew does the framing, carpentry and finish work. Licensed specialty contractors handle trades like electrical, roofing, concrete, tile and flooring, under our contract and our supervision. You deal with one company the whole way.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
It depends on the scope. We can phase the work to keep part of the home livable, or plan around a short move-out for the heaviest stretch.
Can the remodel be done in phases?
Yes. We can split the project into phases to spread out the cost or keep part of the house in use, with a written price for each phase.
